40 Hanna
40 Hanna is a century-old former billiard table factory in the center of Liberty Village which was built in 1905 and fully redeveloped into a brick and beam office tower with ground-floor retail. The 120,000 sq. ft. building features a new architectural entrance lobby and elevator, large open floor plates serviced by modern building systems and fully illuminated by natural light. Street-front urban retail spaces were created as part of the redevelopment which are accessible from the new Hanna avenue pedestrian sidewalk.
